- The tender relates to the provision of the services 'special advice' and 'investigation' for adults with deafblindness. Special advice and investigation are offered as a number of hours and are remunerated according to hourly consumption. Furthermore, the tender includes the delivery of a basic service, which is remunerated according to an amount determined by VISOall hours. The services of specialist advice, investigation and basic services are offered on the sub-agreement 'Congenital deafblindness' with a total capacity of 8,500 hours and on the sub-agreement "Acquired deafblindness" with a total capacity of 20,000 hours over the contract period. The sub-agreement also includes a number of development andmediation activities and material production, which the suppliers, at the request of VISO, undertake to deliver against payment.
