All systems provided will be required to meet the minimum performance requirements specified in Section 3.4 of the Requirement in Annex "A" of this Request for Supply Arrangement (RFSA). Bidders may send responses to the Request for Supply Arrangement up to the closing date of the tender period. Canada will evaluate the bids as soon as possible. Bidders that are compliant will be issued a Supply Arrangement and will be pre-qualified to be emailed Requests for Proposals for requirements related to this Supply Arrangement.This RFSA requires suppliers to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their arrangement electronically.
