- By city council decision of 27 September 2023, the client has decided on a new student equipment strategy. The student equipment strategy entails, among other things, that all students in 5th 10th grade must have been given a portable student PC by the start of school for the school year 2024. Based on this, the client wishes to enter into Kontract regarding the purchase of 15,000 portable student PCs, service of the portable student PCs, as well as service of the Ordering Party's existing portable student PCs. In addition to the purchase of 15,000 portable student PCs, the contract also includes the possibility of additional purchases of up to 5,000 portable student PCs as well as up to1,000 extra power supplies. The contract also includes a service provision in the form of servicing of up to 20,000 portable student PCs, as well as servicing of the Principal's existing portable student PCs. In addition, the Ordering Party has in certain cases the option of purchasing any future services from third partiesand purchased portable student PCs. The contract has a duration of 5 years. The units must be financed via financial leasing. The client has entered into a separate framework agreement for financial leasing, which is why the financing (leasing) is not part of this tender. The contract must be entered into on the basis of the udkast to Contract, which is attached to the tender documents. The final Contract will be adjusted in accordance with the winning offer. The contract will be awarded to one Supplier.
