SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS LABORATORY EQUIPMENT FOR CY 2025 (BATCH 1)

1.The Research Institute for Tropical Medicine (RITM), through authorized use of funds under SAA NO.: 2024-02-0202, intends to apply the sum of THREE MILLION ONE HUNDRED THIRTY EIGHT THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED NINETY-NINE PESOS AND 41/100 ONLY (P3,138,599.41) being the Approved Budget for Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Project: SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS LABORATORY EQUIPMENT FOR CY 2025 (BATCH 1) with reference no.: BAC-IB no.: 2025-B-03. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The RITM-BAC now invites bids for the above-mentioned Procurement Projects. Delivery of the Goods shall be based on Section VI (Schedule of Requirements) indicated in the Philippine Bidding Documents (PBD).
