1. The OFFICE OF CIVIL DEFENSE VIII, through the GAA FY 2024 intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION ONE HUNDRED TWENTY- SEVEN THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED THIRTY- THREE PESOS and 34/100 ONLY (PHP 2,127,333.34) being the total Approved Budget of Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF SUBMERSIBLE SOLAR PUMP IN SUPPORT TO THE CONDUCT OF HUMANITARIAN ASSISTANCE AND DISASTER RESPONSE OPERATIONS” of One (1) Lot as follows:
