Supply and Delivery of Motor Vehicles for the Fair Trade Enforcement Bureau

1. The Department of Trade and Industry, through the General Appropriation Act for CY 2024 and/or continuing appropriations intends to apply the following amounts below being the ABC to payments under the contract hereunder projects:

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Trade and Industry now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of Motor Vehicles for the Fair Trade Enforcement Bureau. The Goods/Services must be delivered and completed within One Hundred Twenty (120) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
