Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF HYBRID CORN SEEDS FOR THE CORN PRODUCTION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
1. The Bids and Awards Committee of the Local Government Unit of Santiago City through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Three Million Six Hundred Thousand Pesos( Php 3,600,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF HYBRID CORN SEEDS FOR THE CORN PRODUCTION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM with ITB NO. 02-25-16. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Bids and Awards Committee of the Local Government Unit of Santiago City now invites bidders for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF HYBRID CORN SEEDS FOR THE CORN PRODUCTION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 days upon the receipt of purchase order. Bidders should have completed, within Three (3) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
