1. The City Government of Pasay, through the GENERAL FUND CY2024 intends to apply the sum of Forty Nine Million Nine Hundred Seventy Three Thousand Pesos (Php49,973,000.00), being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply and delivery of 970,000 pcs TRANSPARENT WHITE GARBAGE PLASTIC BAGS (Biodegradable) and 3,200,000 pcs BLACK GARBAGE PLASTIC BAGS (Biodegradable) for the use of PCENRO for the Pasay City Waste Segregation Campaign Program and Implementation of the City 10 Year SWM Plan Strategies in compliance to R.A. 9003. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
