SERVICE PROVIDER TO DESIGN AND IMPLEMENT THE TOURISM MARKETING EDUCATIONAL SEMINAR
1. The Tourism Promotions Board Philippines (TPBPHL), through the 2025 Approved Corporate Operating Budget (COB) intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (PhP1,400,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Service Provider to Design and Implement the Tourism Marketing Educational Seminar/REI No. 2025-003. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
2. The TPBPHL now calls for the submission of eligibility documents for the Service Provider to Design and Implement the Tourism Marketing Educational Seminar. Eligibility documents of interested consultants must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat on or before 06 March 2025 at 1:30 PM at Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Secretariat, Procurement Management Division, 6th Floor, Five E-Com Center, Harbor Drive, Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City.
