- Description : The California Department of Public Health (CDPH), Office of Policy and Planning is solicitating proposals from firms that can provide services to further develop the trauma responsive professional development programs curricula specific to the public health sector. Services include providing trainings to CDPH staff, developing a CDPH-specific critical incident response plan and training designated staff, providing individual and/or team coaching, and collaborating with the organization to implement its trauma responsive cultural transformation strategic plan. CDPHs goal is to become a model organization for trauma-informed leadership, teams, workplaces, and cultures. Partnering with an experienced firm, we aim to create a healthier and more resilient workplace, a healing organization where we promote a culture of recognizing and mitigating the adverse effects of chronic toxic stress and trauma. Proposals must address all the services described in Exhibit A entitled, Scope of Work and demonstrate all qualifications.
