- The welfare area of Lansi-Uusimaa (later also the Client) requests participation applications for the procurement of meeting services in Lansi-Uusimaa. The goal of the acquisition is to create a comprehensive pa network of alvelunu producers that meets the diverse needs of the welfare region of Western Uusimaa in terms of meeting services. A more detailed description of the content of the procurement can be found in appendix 1 of the request for tenders. "Description of the object of the procurement". The contract is valid until further noticea.
The Lansi-Uusimaa welfare region accepts all service providers who meet the suitability requirements into the service provider register based on a tender.
The Lansi-Uusimaa welfare region does not commit to specific procurement quantities during the contract period.
The Lansi-Uusimaa welfare region reserves for itself oikeuden buys meeting services outside the contract for representative events.
