The requirment is to replace the Dam Gate Hydraulic Cylinders at Emsworth Locks and Dams, Ohio River, Pennsylvania. The Contract includes the purchase and installation of twelve (12) hydraulic cylinders on the Back-Channel Dam, installation of a new network card in the control system to interface with cylinder sensors, and removal and disposal of the existing dam gate cylinders.
