1. The Provincial Government of Lanao del Norte, through the General Fund under PGO Capital Outlay CY2024 intends to apply the sum of
Five Hundred Twenty-Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty (Php 529,880.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the REHABILITATION AND UPGRADING OF SHUTTLE KILN AT CERAMICS PRODUCTION CENTER, Baroy, Lanao del Norte, and Project Identification Number]. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
