- Description : The purpose of this RFP is for the Regional Municipality of Waterloo (Region) to select a Vendor for a long-term contract to supply Fleet EVSE, Level 2 AC supply in the 20 kW range and Level 3 DC supply in the 100 to 200kW range, this includes commissioning of installed equipment by third‑party contractors, management software integration and commissioning to Region owned IT equipment, warranty and service plans, supply of equipment, and services up to a five (5) year implementation period with the option to extend. Suppliers are not required to register for a bid opportunity prior to previewing unsecured bid documents.
