- 1. The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in Art. 6 section 1 point 1 of the Act of September 28, 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672), covering work in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, andand education and tourism, to be performed in the Sława Śląska Forest District in 2024.
2. The order execution period in which the Orders will be submitted by the Ordering Party: from the date of conclusion of the contract to December 31, 2024, subject to point 3. The above does not prevents the possibility of cultivating cropsobligations arising from the contract (including, in particular, reporting readiness for acceptance and charging contractual penalties) after the final date referred to in the previous sentence, as well as the possibility of extending the order completion period by amending the contract.
3. If the contract is concluded earlier thanbefore February 1, 2024, the order execution will commence on February 1, 2024
