- The subject of the order are forest management services as defined in Article 6(1) of the Act of September 28, 1991. on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672) covering work in the field of forest breeding and protection, nature, fire protection, harvesting and skidding of wood and seedsto be performed in the Gubin Forest District in 2024. Planned start and end date of the contract: January 2, 2024 - December 31, 2024. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of awarding the contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within a period of 3 years from the date of awarding the basic contract.The material scope of the services constituting the subject of the orders referred to in the previous sentence will not exceed 50% of the value of this order.
