For more information, refer to section 5 of this RFP. Interested proponents will provide technical and pricing proposals as per sections 1.2 and 7. For information on intention of award, refer to section 2.13.Recurring Contract? Yes.Delivery Schedule for Goods or Services OR Contract Duration: The term of the contract(s) for the provision of services shall commence upon award for a base term of two (2) years, whereby TPS reserves the right to renew the contract for an additional three (3) separate one (1) year periods.Piggyback (if applicable):The TPSB/TPS may, upon request, permit other public bodies and the Police Cooperative Purchasing Group (PCPG) to purchase against any part of the contract which may result from this RFP.
