Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
PROCUREMENT OF TOKENS TO BE USED DURING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF RESILIENCE YOUTH CAMP 2025
1. The Provincial Government of Tarlac, through General Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Million Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos & 00/100 (Php 2,800,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Tokens to be used during the Implementation of Resilience Youth Camp 2025 / B-G-2025-016-N. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Tarlac now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Twenty (20) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
