Description : 1. The DOH - Sulu Sanitarium, through the MDS Fund intends to apply the sum of FIVE MILLION THREE HUNDRED SIXTY-ONE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED EIGHTY-EIGHT PESOS AND 57/100 (₱ 5,361,388.57) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF SECURITY SERVICES / SSGHPB-2025-01-002-SS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DOH - Sulu Sanitarium and General Hospital now invites bids for the aforementioned procurement project. Deployment of Security Personnel is required within 10 calendar days upon receipt of notice to proceed from the Procuring Entity. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
