1. The Provincial Government of Ilocos Norte, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php 1,950,000.00), inclusive of all applicable government taxes and charges, professional fees, and other incidental and administrative costs, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Consultancy Services for the Research, Write-up, Curatorial and Detailed Architectural and Engineering Design Services on reviving Malacañang of the North Museum. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the Financial Proposals.
