1. The Municipal Government of La Trinidad, through the General Fund 2024 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos (Php2,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Brand-New Sports Utility Vehicle. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
