- The health insurers involved are pursuing the goal of concluding discount agreements for the active ingredient infliximab with all suitable pharmaceutical companies in accordance with Section 130a (8) SGB V. The contract is concluded as part of the Open House Biologicals procedure of the health insurance companies involved:
Individual negotiationsThe contents of the contract are not listed, uniform conditions apply. The cash registers involved do not guarantee individual contractual partners any exclusivity. The contract term is a maximum of 24 months starting on April 1st, 2023. The contract ends no later than March 31, 2025, regardless of the dateto conclude the contract.
