The Department of Health proposes to adopt regulation changes in Title 7 of the Alaska Administrative Code, dealing with residential child care licensing for a foster care licensee providing home and community-based waiver (HCBW) services, including the following: 7 AAC 50.010.Exemptions from licensure requirements, is proposed to be amended as follows: Allow a licensed foster care home to provide HCBW habilitation services to children with complex care needs, without meeting the requirements of and getting a license to operate as a residential child care facility (RCCF).
