Description : NOTE:
Prospective bidders should have experience in undertaking a similar project with an amount of at least 50% of the proposed project for bidding and have key personnel and equipment (owned, leased or under purchase) available for the prosecution of the project. The eligibility check/ screening as well as the preliminary examination of bids shall use PASS/ FAIL criteria.
All particulars relative to eligibility check and screening, bid security, performance security, pre-bidding conference/s, evaluation of bids, post-qualification and award of contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR)
Interested bidders may submit their Letter of Intent (LOI) from November 6, 2024 to November 28, 2024 before 2:00 PM at the BAC Office thru this email: rtu_bac@rtu.edu.ph. Furthermore, the LOI should state the name of the company and the name of its authorized representative who will join the pre-bidding conference on November 14, 2024 at 4:00 PM.
