- The Rubenshuis museum is looking for an entrepreneur who, first, in collaboration with employees of the Rubenshuis, conducts a preliminary investigation into an optimal operating model1. The intention is to subsequently make the Kolveniershof available to the relevant company for 2 years (with the possibility of an extension of 1 year) so that he can rent and exploit this location in the name and for the account of the client on the basis of the operating model. During the first two years, the entrepreneur continuously refines the operating model. At the end of the first 2 years, the entrepreneur provides, based on all findings and the lessons drawn from the exploitation, a definitive exploitation model that the contracting authority can subsequently use to manage the Kolveniershof and put it in the market for Educational and eventel use.
