1. The DPWH-Regional Office III, through the FY 2024 intends to apply the sum of P29,849,098.22 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for above-named project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
