The market dialogue will initially be conducted by requesting responses to questions in the attached RFI and input in the attached product form. If necessary, the contracting authority will also invite stakeholders to one-to-one meetings. Please note that it is not mandatory to answer all questions in order for your input to be taken into account. See the annex for more information.
