Invitation to Bid for Purchasing of Barangay Transport Vehicle
Barangay Iba O- Este, through the Barangay 20% Development Fund (IRA) intend to apply the sum of One Million Six Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 1,600,000.00) being Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under contract for Purchasing of Barangay Transport Vehicle. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
Barangay of Iba O- Este now invites bids for Purchasing of Barangay Transport Vehicle. Completion will be within 15 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within one (1) year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary "pass/fail" criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the "Government Procurement Reform Act".
