Abstract: The Council is currently reviewing its Financial Support and Advice Service and is seeking expressions of interest from the market form organisations who can deliver these services as detailed within this notice.The Council would like to hear from organisations who have experience of and are committed to providing person centred, inclusive support to ensure that vulnerable people are treated equally, have control over their own money and are able to achieve financial independence.The purpose of the Support and Advice Service is to provide independent advice and practical help to vulnerable adults, their families and other unpaid care providers, who are known to social services, with day-to-day money matters.
