- Explanation: The objective of the specifications is to arrive at a framework agreement with one contractor to take care of the periodic inspection of fire extinguishing agents in the various schools of the education group. With the contractor, a framework agreement will be entered into for four (4) years with the possibility to extend two (2) times with one (1) option year and will start on 01/01/2025. The most important starting points for this framework agreement are: the annual check of the fire extinguishers present; The annual check of the fire reels present; The one -off extort of the fire reels present; Reporting: defects, repetitions, revisions, points of fire extinguishers and reels; On request: repair, refill, overhaul, changing, purchasing fire extinguishing agents. In total, it is about ± 350* fire fighting agents from different brands with different extinguishing agents and content measures. The service provider must therefore be able to carry out maintenance on all these types according to the manufacturer's guidelines.
