The two-storey new building with a size of approx. 1950 sqm GGF at the Ernst-Bergeest-Weg primary school location is produced, a single-field sports hall and a movement room with appropriate adjoining rooms. The cafeteria is designed for 672 consumption participants in three layers224 people each as a vital kitchen - multifunction. From this, due to the required size, the canteen is classified as a meeting place. The delivery takes place from the north via the existing access to the basement, and with the elevator directly into the kitchen area.If solid concrete and masonry are formed, a lighter upper floor with a mixed construction made of solid components and wooden frame construction. The construction can also be seen in the facades. On a brick base, the upper floor is with a ventilatedWooden facade designed. The roof of the cafeteria and single -field sports hall is designed as a wooden binder roof with warm roof structure. On the roof area there is a green roof and one -photovoltaic system.
