- This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Corporation of Norfolk County (“Norfolk County”) to prospective proponents to submit Proposals from qualified engineering consulting firms for the pre-engineering, design, tender preparation and contract administration for rehabilitation work on two (2) bridge structures and the replacement of one (1) culvert structure, all in Norfolk County, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix C) (the “Deliverables”).
