SUMMARY OF REQUIRED GOODS/SERVICES:The key objectives in issuing this RFP is as follows:CBC/Radio-Canada is seeking proposals to establish a Goods/Services Agreement with the successful proponent for the provisioning of an E-mail security solution to provide inspection of inbound and outbound and internal email to determine its safety - being free from malware or indicators of malicious intent prior to delivery or dispatch. CBC/Radio-Canada must also be able to set and enforce security policies on email protection and report statistics on the same.2. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPATION:This RFP is opened only to Proponents who meet each of the following mandatory requirements as evidenced in its written request for RFP documents: The solution must detect inbound, outbound and internally circulating email threats including associated links and attachments and not limited to but including defence against malware, phishing, social engineering and impersonation with real-time up to date threat intelligence and provide reporting on the same.
