- Bergen municipality shall enter into a parallel framework agreement for the service and maintenance of lifts in municipal buildings. The buildings are located in different locations in Bergen municipality and are divided into three building categories, one for health buildings, one for schools and nurseries and one for administrative buildings and cultural buildings. We would like to enter into a framework agreement with three tenderers and one tenderer is planned to be awarded one building category and will be responsible for the service and maintenance of all lifts and installations in the relevant building category. See further information on the distribution of building categories in the document "Competition Rules", point 6 "Evaluation Method". The contracting authority has also facilitated mini-competitions under the framework agreement, see Annex 1 point 4. Mini competitions ought to be expected shortly after the framework agreement has been signed.
