- In the context of this tender, the aim is to implement a new, modern valuation application for the execution of revaluation processes, permanent market analysis and the treatment of objections and professions for the two municipalities (Hoogeveen and De Wolden). In the valuation application, an establishment must take place per municipality, each with its own design requirements. The valuation application must match the WOZ sector model. It is essential that this application has the necessary couplings with current tax applications, including those for water boards and municipal taxes, and that integration is possible with front office systems, TioX, IWOZ and various web services for visual material.
