- 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a vacuum dryer with an oil pump, hereinafter referred to as "equipment", for the Faculty of Chemistry at the University of Gdańsk.
2. Classification of the common order dictionary (CPV): 38000000-5 (laboratory, optical and precise equipment (except for glass)), 42122450-9 (pumpsvacuum).
3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is determined by the description of the subject of the contract - Annex 6 to SWZ.
4. The contracting authority requires a guarantee for the subject of the contract for a period of 12 months. Details of the warranty are included in § 7 of the draft contract - Annex 5 to SWZ.
