Description : Invitation to Bid: Procurement and delivery of
Grocery Items for livelihood projects for the 60 Parents of child laborers
1.The Local Government of Tago, Surigao del Sur, through the Bids and awards Committee and through the grant from DOLE intends to apply the sum of One Million Six Hundred Forty Six Thousand Five Hundred Thirty Eight 50/100 ( 1,646,538,50) being the Approved budget for the Procurement and delivery ofGrocery Items for livelihood projects for the 60 Parents of child laborers . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The Local Government of Tago, Surigao del Sur now invites bids for the above Procurement one time delivery from receipt of notice to proceed. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3.Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
