Invitation to Bid
for the
CONFERENCE PACKAGE (Meal and Venue) for the following activities of the City Planning & Development Office: (1) Writeshop Forum on the Preparation of Barangay GAD Plan and Budget and (2) Pasay City Development Council Meeting
1. The City Government of Pasay, through the GENERAL FUND CY2024 intends to apply the sum of One Million Six Hundred Eighty Six Thousand Pesos (Php 1,686,000.00), being the ABC to payments under the contract for the CONFERENCE PACKAGE (Meal and Venue) for the following activities of the City Planning & Development Office: (1) Writeshop Forum on the Preparation of Barangay GAD Plan and Budget and (2) Pasay City Development Council Meeting. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
