- § 130a paragraph 8 SGB V enables the health insurance companies and pharmaceutical companies to conclude framework discount agreements for the drugs to be supplied at the expense of the statutory health insurance companies. With regard to the relevant statutory provisions on the award of public contracts, findet a regular process of active substance-related, formal award procedures according to the regulations of the 4th part of the GWB by the DAK-Gesundheit. For pharmaceuticals to be specified by the bidder in Annex 2 to the contract for the above-mentioned Active substance goserelin, ATC L02AE03, intends the DAK-Gesundhuntil new drug discount agreements come into force, to conclude drug discount agreements with as many interested pharmaceutical companies as possible. A discount agreement in the context of the admission model for the above Active substance comes into force for the first time on 06/01/2023 and ends on 05/31/2025. He endet independently thereof automatically upon the effective date of the exclusive contract.
