- This announcement is a request for participation in the negotiating procedure, implemented as a project management contract for the extension of the Myllypuro Health and Welfare Center as a project management contract. The content of the contract is the new construction of the extension in the immediate vicinity of Myllypuro's current health center on the metro line. In addition to the new building for use by the Health and Welfare Center, the contract will include the necessary space changes to the existing health center building in the gateway and the renovation of the Myllypuro Metro Station Flag Hall in the new health station building. In addition, the site will carry out the extension of the parking garage and the maintenance yard to be used by the health center. Construction is sequenced by first implementing a deck structure that separates the subway space, after which the actual extension frame is implemented. The implementation of the project will be challenged by the immediate proximity of new construction to the operating health center, construction on the new building's metro line, and lively public transport in the immediate vicinity of the construction site.
