- The contractor is responsible for contributing to the overall project objectives and indicators. More specifically, the contractor will implement three work packages, concerning output 3 and 4 as well as planning, monitoring, evaluation, and knowledge management for the entire project. Work package 1: Output 3 The contractor is responsible for the implementation and achievement of Output 3: Strategies to improve the equal economic participation of women selected priority groups in the context of Just Transition are applied. This includes the systematization and analysis of value chains, considering the impact of climate change on all dimensions of productive work, as well as the development of strategies to strengthen the economic empowerment of women in the pilot region of Pará, with a special focus on quilombola women in Marajó and collectors of recycled materials in the urban context (Belém and metropolitan region). In addition, the contractor is responsible for the development and implementation of professional, strategic and organizational training for members of the priority groups involved in the priority value chains, as well as the implementation of identified solutions for decent work and equal income.
