- The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to secure Proposals from qualified distributors to Supply and Deliver one (1) utility work machine as generally described in Section 5.0 Product Requirements and Specifications.
This Request for Bid is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, Canadian Free Trade Agreement - Chapter 5, and the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) - Chapter 19.
