1. The DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS AND HIGHWAYS- COTABATO 1ST DISTRICT ENGINEERING OFFICE, through the NEP 2025 intends to apply the sum of PhP4,950,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for 25MD0011 - Construction of Road, Barangay Poblacion 6 along Irrigation Canal-Barangay Poblacion 1, Barangay Poblacion 6, Midsayap, North Cotabato. Bids in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
